European Writers in London: Meet the Authors

Join us for a relaxed and inspiring literary morning in the heart of London, as part of the European Writers in London residency programme. Set in the charming surroundings of St. James’s Square Park, this informal outdoor gathering brings together a vibrant group of European writers for a reflective and celebratory session marking the end of their residency at Tŷ Newydd in Wales.

Moderated by Georgia de Chamberet, the conversation will feature six outstanding writers from across Europe:

• Kristin Höller (Germany)

• Ligija Purinaša (Latvia)

• Tina Perić (Slovenia)

• Mónika Rusvai (Hungary)

• Kim Simonsen (Faroe Islands)

• Syds Wiersma (Friesland, Netherlands)

Come hear about their experiences, insights, and inspirations in a relaxed Sunday setting. While we encourage guests to bring their own blankets and picnic baskets, we kindly ask that no food is consumed during the conversation. After the session ends at 1:00 PM, you’re warmly invited to stay in the park, enjoy your picnic, and mingle informally with the writers and other guests until 2:00 PM.
