On Tuesday, 1 December 2026, the Cultural Section of the Cyprus High Commission presents the fourth edition of Pride Voices, in collaboration with LGBTQ+ Cypriot Diaspora C.I.C., at Cyprus House in London.

Marking World AIDS Day, this year’s event will bring together voices from Cyprus and the UK for an open and informed conversation around HIV awareness, stigma, health and wellbeing, advocacy, and the importance of creating more inclusive and supportive communities.

The evening will begin with a pre-recorded contribution from Christos Krasidis, representing the AIDS Solidarity Movement in Cyprus, offering a perspective on the current social, medical and legal landscape surrounding HIV in Cyprus.

This will be followed by a moderated panel discussion featuring Dr Vas Papageorgiou, Research Fellow at University College London, Ali Orhan, and a representative of LGBTQ+ Cypriot Diaspora C.I.C. The discussion will explore issues including stigma, U=U, quality of life, access to support, community advocacy and the experiences of people living with HIV.

Audience members will also have the opportunity to take part in a Q&A before the evening concludes with a networking reception.
